How much do I have to pay to reserve a table in Casa Violeta?

There is no need of a deposit payment for a reservation at Casa
Violeta´s restaurant. Just contact us and we will book it for you!

Do I need to reserve a spot for yoga classes?

Reservations for yoga classes are not necessary. Just show up in
reception 10 minutes before the class begins, and we will be very happy
to integrate you into class.

What happens to my deposit if I have to cancel my reservation because of weather or personal reasons?

Which airport is closest to Tulum?

Cancun International Airport is the nearest airport to Tulum. By car, we are approximately two hours from the airport.

Do you have a full service restaurant?

Yes, our restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner and is open from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm everyday.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Yes, continental breakfast (juice, bread, fruit, coffee or tea) is included in the room rate for each guest.

Is it possible to request a romantic dinner on the beach?

We are happy to organise romantic dinners upon request.

What happens if I need to change my reservation after I have paid my deposit?

If I am dairy or gluten intolerant, can I eat at your restaurant?

Please let us know in advance if you have special dietary requirements. We are happy to prepare your nourishment.

Do you offer room service?

There is no room service at Casa Violeta but our restaurant is close to
our rooms. You are welcome to enjoy our food on your private terrace or
in your room.

Who can assist me with tours and visits in Tulum and surrounding areas?

Our reception team is available and happy to help you arrange
reservations for the best tours and activities in the area, including
kayaking, dives, snorkeling, archeological sites, lagoons and natural
reserves.

Can someone help me arrange transportation?

Yes, we can arrange for you or your group to be picked up and / or dropped off at the Cancun airport, or other destinations.

Is there air conditioning in Casa Violeta?

There are fans in every room and 24-hour electricity that will keep you cool
day and night. Also, the breeze of the ocean refreshes the oceanfront
rooms.

There are 4 garden rooms on the property that have air conditioning. These rooms are: Artemisa, Camelia, Gaia, and Ishtar.

Is there Wi-Fi offered in Casa Violeta?

Casa Violeta offers guests complementary Wi-Fi in the rooms and restaurant.

Is there parking in Casa Violeta?

Yes, there is free, 24-hour guarded parking for guests of Casa Violeta.

Do you have safes in the rooms?

Yes, every room offers a safe deposit box for your own personal use.

Are children welcome at Casa Violeta?

We love children — they are absolutely welcome! Please let us know in
advance if there are any special requirements for your children to feel
comfortable. Cribs are available upon request.

Do you accept pets?

We love pets almost as much as we love children, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.

Can I change money at Casa Violeta?

Yes, we receive US dollars and euros as a form of payment. However, we do not exchange currency in Casa Violeta.

We
highly recommend that you change money when arriving at the airport or
at a money exchange in Tulum, as they offer the best rates. We will
always try to help by changing USD into MXN pesos in smaller
denominations.
