There is a deposit of 50% of your reservation required to secure your room for the dates required.
. What happens if I have to cancel my reservation because of weather or personal reasons once I have payed my deposit?
Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received at email@example.com Any applicable refunds or credits will be processed by Casa Violeta as soon as possible at the exchange rate on the day of the credit.
Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeit of 10% of the deposit paid. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of the deposit paid.
. What happens if I need to change my reservation once I have payed my deposit?
There is a USD 50 change fee assessed on changes made to a reservation after the deposit has been made.
. How much do I have to pay to reserve a table in Casa Violeta?
There is no need of a deposit payment for a reservation at Casa Violeta´s restaurant. Just contact us and we will book it for you!
. Do I need to reserve my spot for a yoga class?
There is no need of a reservation for a yoga class. Just show up in reception 10 min before the yoga class and we will be very happy to integrate you in our class.
. What airport do I fly into?
Cancun international airport is the nearest airport to Tulum. We are about 2 hours drive from the airport.
. Do you have a full service restaurant?
Yes, we have a full service restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is open from 8 am until 10 pm everyday.
. Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes, continental breakfast is included in the room rate for each guest.
. Is is posible to request a romantic dinner on the beach?
We Will be happy to organize your romantic dinner upon request.
. If I am diary or gluten intolerant, can I eat at your restaurant?

There is no room service in Casa Violeta bu our restaurant very close to each one of our rooms. We Will be hapy to prepare your food which you can enjoy in your private terrace or room.

Our reception team will be ready and happy to help you arrange reservations for the best tours and visits in the área. From kayak, dives, snorkeling, archeological sites, lagoons, natural reservas, etc.
. Can somebody help me arrange transportation for me?
Yes, we can arrange for you or your group to be picked up and or dropped off at Cancun airport or to your previous / next destination.

As Casa Violeta is an eco friendly boutique hotel there is no A/C on the premises. There are fans in every room and 24 hs electricity that will keep you cool day and night. Also the breeze of the ocean lulls and refresh the ocean front rooms.

Can I change money in Casa Violeta?
We highly recommend to change money when arriving at the airport or at a money exchange in Tulum as these places offer the best rates. We will always try to help out by changing USD into MXN pesos in smaller denominations.
