
The owners of Can Carlos Restaurant in Formentera, Spain have joined forces with Casa Violeta to create the experience of fine dining on the Caribbean Sea right here in Tulum.
Con Carlos is open in Spain during the summer, and then the chefs bring their skills to Casa Violeta during our high season. In both locations, the chefs serve up their Signature carpaccios like the fresh cut zucchini with reggio pharmagiono pine nut carpaccio with a hint of excellent mexican olie oil. Also available with tuna, egg plant & carne.

Penne pasta and fresh caught local fish of the day or Marlin fillet encased in crisp thinly sliced fingerling potatoes with mixed vegetables and many more dishes all of which are amazing. No need to ever dine anywhere else because Can Carlos serves Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner until 10pm every day.
