Getting to Casa Violeta in Tulum Mexico. All airflights fly in to Cancun Airport in Mexico,
By Public Transportation: public transportation invloves taking 2 buses (1 bus transfers at Playa del Carmen) to Ado Bus Station in Tulum. Then you take a taxi which takes about 15 mins to Casa violeta. Total travel time is about 4 hours, total cost is about $25.
By Taxi:
Casa Violeta offers a pickup service from and to Cancun Airport.
A driver will be waiting for you at the taxi area once you get out the airport with a little sign 'Casa Violeta'. The service offers car or mini bus depending on the number of people that are with your party.
The ride takes 2 hours and is door to door service.
Pricing is as follows (All rates are for the ride not per person) :
for 1-2 persons $99, for 3-6 persons $115,
and for 7 or more persons $120.
For RETURN Service to Airport te rate is $85.

By Car: Driving Directions from Cancun Airport to Tulum:
• Exit Airport following signs for 307 South, Playa Del Carmen, Tulum.
• Remain on 307 South - a straight road - for approximately 70 minutes.
• As you near Tulum, you'll see the following landmarks:
- Dreams, - Tulum Ruins
• Once you reach Tulum, turn left at the traffic light. (Landmark: San Francisco de Asis supermarket on right.) you will see a green sign saying 'Boca Paila”
•  Continue going straight for approximately 2 kilometers.
• As the road comes to a T you will see a Police/Security station on the left. Turn Right at the T.
• Drive 5 km and You will find Casa Violeta.

Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by e-mai.
If a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed by Casa Violeta as soon as possible in the form of bank's wire (without bank's fee)
CHANGE FEE
There will be a $50.00 usd change fee for any changes made on a reservation after the deposit has been made. There will be no change fee assessed for extending a reservation.
Cancellation before 30 days prior to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 10% of the payment.
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of payment.
Cancellation for any holiday reservation (Christmas, New Year's, Easter,) will result in the forfeit of 100% of payment.
